We both attended University in Sheffield and graduated in Business and Business Administration. Sheffield Property To Let is our sole business venture and it is focused on three areas of accommodation; Student, Post-graduate and Professional. We are owners rather than agents and we both live locally with our families. We provide quality student housing in Sheffield for students of Sheffield University and Sheffield Hallam University.
You will find that our accommodation is more spacious than the bed/study rooms provided in the "halls of residences".
Our properties at Nether Edge are approximately 1 mile from the City Centre. They include car parking and garden areas. They are large character buildings that offer an alternative to the bland multi-storey blocks squeezed alongside the busy Inner Relief Road with it's associated pollutants and noise.
Accommodation is registered with the Local Authority and regulated by the Housing Act.
